Chief Justice Mogoeng chose the right path

KHOTSO MOLEKO | Bloemfontein

IN A way it is good that there is now a scarcity of South Africans who can proudly and publicly hail the Constitution as good and excellent.

I suppose the polyandry garbage and now the ability to limit the rights of humans (if need be, remember Nelson!) have opened the eyes of the people to the real evil, hidden and established underneath the sheepskin, called the most progressive charter on earth.

Yet for many among us, the potential harm of the Constitution was always visible. And indeed, through the appointment of Mogoeng Mogoeng, the opposition that sought to preclude and prejudge his tenure became the clearest sign that this Constitution is an opponent of the Lord’s prayer.

Without a doubt, the Constitution is a passionate call and a consistent recitation for Satan to deliver us from all holiness and lead us into temptation as soon as possible. This recitation became the constant referral database for the so-called legal eagles, media, and supposedly philosophical clergy or theologians, throughout Mogoeng Mogoeng’s sterling and impressive tenure as the honorable Chief Justice of the Republic of South Africa.

Biblical interpretation can never be above the reality of doing the will of God. And Mogoeng chose the latter.
